Research Interests:
Dr. Kerr recent publications and current research interests span the following areas:
- school board governance;
- legal and ethical duties of directors;
- multi-country comparative analyses of whistleblowing legislation;
- multi-country comparative analyses of freedom of information legislation;
- IPO and subsidiary governance
- public sector corruption
- case studies spanning corporate financial failures
Dr. Kerr is interested in supervising graduate students’ research in any of the above areas or closely-related themes.
He is equally interested in collaborating with scholars on joint publications, supervision, empirical research and review papers, regionally, internationally and globally.
